Win XP SP1 -> SP2 update

When I go to the MS Update site, it says there's a problem and can't display
the page. When I tried to email MS, it said no free msg was possible. All
I want to do is download and install SP2! I'm leery of the "multiple
computers" option on downloading from the tech site. Any suggestions??
