Win XP Prof SP-2

Installed Win XP SP 2. When I double click on "My Computer" or any other
desktop Icon the computer hangs up. Task Manger shows only 1% CPU usage.
I unstalled WIN XP SP 2 in SAFE MODE and everthing works fine. Installed Win
XP SP 2 again with the same results - Hangs when trying to open, for example
- "My Computer".

I has a similar problem with my wife's XP Pro SP2 computer, connected via
ethernet to a router and Adelphia broadband. Turned out to be a program
loaded during the original Adelphia install a year ago that is used for tech
support if you have a problem (gear.xxx). Disabled it via msconfig and
problem went away (removed it from the registry and uninstalled it).
Boot to SP2 safe mode and see if the problem occurs there. If not, start
disabling programs via msconfig until you find the offending one.

I have a similar problem:

Yesterday installed SP2 and now everything works horrible.
Double clicking Mypc, or Cpanel or any shortcut hangs the pc,
(runing programs from start menu works only)

Any help?
