WIn XP Problem

Hello,

I've got a problem with my WIn XP. I was using trying to make a CD with Nero the other day when all of a sudden I got a "Not Responding" notice. I tried CTRL+ATL+DEL to end Nero but it just froze. So I decided to just torn off my tower and turn it back on.

When I turned it back on I get this notice now:

We apologize for the ...but windows does not start successfully. Recent hardware or software changes might have caused this.

Then I have 4 options:
Safe Mode
Safe with network
Safe Mode with Command Promt
Last Known Config.
Start Windows Normall

I've tried all these options and I just go back to the same screen.

What seems to be the problem? Any ideas how I can fix this?

I don't know if this can be of any use but this are my BIO IDE Config:
Primary IDE Master - HD
" " " - Not Installed
Second - DVD
Second IDE Slave - CD-RW

This is my my boot configuration:
1st Boot - ATAPI - HDD
2nd Boot - IDE - HDD
3rd Boot - ARMD - HDD
4th Boot - Floppy

Thank You In Advance

Make sure you take the disk out of the cd and you could try disconnecting
the cd burner and see if it boots.
