Could anybody tell me how to install win xp pro with SATA
support without the use of a floppy drive? I just finished
the assembly of a new computer and I didn't buy a floppy
drive since I thought it is obsolete these days. (The
floppy drive is needed to read the RAID drivers). It would
be awful to install a floppy just to install windows!

Get a floppy drive. They are not out of date - yet. There are still just too
many occasions when a floppy drive is needed, and not just for installing
the OS.
