Win XP Pro domain/workgroup

Does anybody know where windows xp pro stores workgroup and/or domain names?
I messed up by changing from a domain to a workgroup and need to hopefully
get back to the domain!!!

Thanks for any help!!

You need to join the computer to the domain again.
If you don't know the name of the domain then you probably don't know the
username and password that would be needed to join the computer to the
domain.
