Win xp pro annoying restarts, happens 2x a day.

I think I have just about had it with XP Pro. NT4.0 has never given us any problems in the past.

I Checked the system logs, but only has informational service control events.
Aplication log has nothing important either.

Asus P4P800 motherboard with Wildcat vp990pro video card.
Fresh XPpro install, system is only a week old. I don't know what could be causing the restarts. There are no critical updates to install.
