win xp mouse

mouse unable right clik to open on desk top icon (programme short cut) as
well blank space on desktop for selectting properties
/setting/delect/cut/send/etc.
but bottom start manu and all icon on start manu able open on mouse right
click.for view explorer/properties
try help
 
Lock in control panel-mouse you maybe change your
right button click.
