Win XP Install Trouble

Hey, everytime i try to install winxp on my new system it formats the hard
drive, configures and copies files, then says xp will reboot and resume
install process. When the pc reboots it says press any key to boot from
cd.... i let it go to keep setup going then it says "error loading operating
system". I cant get past this error. Im running a soltek mobo, 1gb kingston
memory, 40gb western digital hard drive, ati radeon 9600xt and creative labs
soundblaster sound card. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
 
You may want to try removing the sound card and half the Ram until WinXP
fully installs.
