Win XP and Adobe Reader 7

I have 2 XP PCs with Adobe Reader 7.0.8 installed on them. When you open PDFs
as either web docs, or attachments and try to print, the printer dialog box
takes 1-5 minutes to open. If you save the file to the desktop, the dialog
box opens right away. Any ideas how to resolve this? Uninstall/reinstall did
not help (we did remove all traces of Adobe from the PC)

Open the .PDF doc from the web, scroll down to the last page of the document
and make sure that the last page is loaded and readable.
Now try to print and see if there is a noticeable delay.
