Are you talking about this link http://www.pcbutts1.com/license.htm (warning
if you have a weak stomach don't click on this link) I made that page for
you and Leythos because I got tired of all your stinking lies about me. I
stole nothing from nobody. I had respect for you in these NG's until you let
Leythos suck you right in, now you are just as big an As*hole as he is. You
should know by now that I am not going nowhere and I am not going to back
down from your constant slanderous remarks about me. You were better off
keeping quite like you have been for the past few months. I stole nothing as
I have already proved it. That is why I am still here.

That is not the file I sent to Phyllis. That file he posted is MINE it was
stolen from me as I have already proved.

You've never offered any proof to the group or publically to anyone here
about the files you claim to have permission to host or the file you
claim to have made yourself.....

Post the proof that you created all of the code that we've claimed you
stole and that you have permission to host those files and I'll make a
formal apology to you here in the group.

Now's your big chance, make me look like a fool if you can.

Not one post you've provided in Usenet has contained anything like Proof
- post the proof, beyond any doubt here, and I'll formally apologize to
you.

Well, here it is, more more than 6 hours after pcbutts1 started using my
nickname and claiming he has proof that the files are his and were
stolen from him. Again I've asked for proof and even said I would
apologize in this group for calling him a thief but, as us usual with
pcbutts1, he's not going to provide any proof that the files are his
works.

Butts - how can you make statements without backing them up and expect
people to believe ANYTHING you say?

That's right stalker avoid answering my question by trying to change the
subject. What was stolen about the file I sent to Phyllis? You claimed it
was stolen and modified. What file was it and how was it modified? Come on
stalker prove what you said and stop trying to change the subject.

No, it isn't what you sent to Phyllis. And it wasn't stolen from you. It is v2.2 of Dave's
(aka; noahdfear) SmitFraud removal tool. You stole it ~mid July of 2005. Funny how your's
stayed static while Dave's version went through several revisons and EACH version was
documented and logged with colleague examination during the process. You certainly stole
the code from Dave (aka; noahdfear). He has the documentation, proof, and corruboration to
back up the assertion. You have NOTHING !

You are a thief, a liar, and pond scum !

All you have to do is prove you didn't steal the file(s) created by
NoadFear and that you have permission to host the files that vendors
have publically stated you don't have permission to host, and I'll post
an apology here.

What are you waiting on - if you're so sure that your permitted to host
those vendors files, that you really created that file you claim was
written by you, then all you have to do it provide proof to the
community.

As before, even with your lame attempts to hide your identity (which you
don't do even a reasonable job of), you won't post the proof because you
know you're guilty and wrong like the rest of the community does.

I see you are still avoiding my question.

I submit that winfix can be blocked by windowsXP itself.

Follow these simple steps, and realize that they are safe, require no
download, are reversible, and most of all FREE.
______________________________________________

First visit the "control panel" and select "internet options"

Click the "privacy" tab at the top just below the Internet Properties bar.

Skip this part if you already have set your machine to "Custom"
In the "settings" section choose "advanced" and/or check the "override
automatic cookie handling" box.

Click apply. You will see in bold: "Custom" and four buttons beneath.

Click the "Sites" button.

Enter the address of the unwanted site: winfixer.com. Click on the box
labeled "Block" Then click "OK" at the bottom.

So far it has worked for me. There are many many sites on my block list,
and they have effectively been blocked.

Why not just run in IE High Security mode (as MS suggests) and not run
as an Administrator when playing around on the web?

Why not indeed?

The exception is that one may block or allow whatever she/he may desire,
rather than block everything indescriminately. i.e.: my college email server

If you run in High-Security mode you can browse without fear for the
most part, as long as you are not running as an Administrator level
users, and then only add the sites you trust. While this is a total
PITA, it's keep some of the worst malware out of computers where the
users are clueless. We will setup two accounts on most unmanaged
machines, one is Administrator, the other is User (not a name, just
User) and make it limited, then secure IE. We install FireFox for their
primary browser, but we add IE with their banking site and the OWA site
if needed.

Your instructions seem reasonable and sound.

Actually, the recommendation comes from Microsoft - to run in High-
Security mode when using IE on the Internet, also the same with using a
limited user account at all times (except to install software or for
apps that were poorly written and require admin level accounts).

Thanks, Nick. SuperAdBlocker worked. No indication that the problem has
recurred. Easy to use. A good product. I will indeed purchase it, now that
I feel like I can safely make payment online.
