I use Windows XP home edition
Everytime I try to exploreor open the folders on my desktop or right click
on the Start and click on Explore, the system displays the following error
notice "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience." when I click "Don't send" the entire screen
goes blannk and the icons reappear afetr a second. Now if I click to explore
it opens up whatever the folder I want to explore.
What may be the problem? Do I need to download some update? Please help.

Install ad-aware or antivirus to do a test on your system, could be some
spyware or virus that is causing the above issue, if still no go either do a
repair or reinstall xp again.
