when i repaired win 2000 Pro the outlook 2000 coudn't
start and give a massege of (cant resolve server name )

Make sure that the networkconnections are OK (ping the server by name and
IP) and see if the mailprofile is configured correctly.

I did all what you said , but nothing changed , the
problem cleared after formatting C
notice, this prpblem happened 4 times with the same cenario
