Win 2K domains HELP!!!

I am currently esperiancing the following problem, I have
to Domain Controlers 1 x win2003 server and a Win2k Server
running exchange 2000 until yesterday all seemed to be ok
but the two domain controlers are now not communicating
and if I try to connect to either via active directory
computers it tells me the RPC server is unavailable but I
have done a net start rpcss and the serive is running on
both machines?? PLease Help!!

Please verify DNS is working correct.

I have checked the dns and all seems to be ok as far as I
can see, have you any other ideas at all with regards to
the dns??
