Hello, I have a notebook with windows server 2003 and I need to create
a partition with windows xp, and then set the dual boot. The windows
2003 installation contains very important data, so I must not damage
it...and I suppose that I can find difficulties, 'cause xp is older
than win 2003, so it can't recognize it.
So, please....can someone explain me exactly what shall I do?
Thanks!!!

1. Back up your "very important data" (you should be doing that regularly
anyhow)
2. Purchase one of the many 3rd party partitioning utilities
3. Use that utility to shrink your active partition
4. Use that utility to create a new partition from the space created in step
3
5. Install Windows XP in the new partition

Thanks...but after installing windows xp on the second partition, it
will automatically recognize that thare's another os and so will
prepare the dual boot? Or I will need to it? In this case...how?
