Win 2003 Fax Sharing Problem

Hi All,

I am running Win2003 Server Standard Edition, with fax optioninstalled, local faxing works fine, but I have shared the faxprinter while I try to access it from a Win2000 ProffessionalSP4 or SP2 , It can see the shared fax printer but when I try tofax The Send Fax Wizard main page comes up after clicking nextIt give the following Error " Fax server information cannot beretrieved. The Fax wizard will close now".

As I said faxing works very well on the server it self...anyIdeas..?

Can you check if the client user has enough access to send a fax using the
server.
You can check this, by opening Fax configuration
manager (fxsadmin.msc in a cmd window)
In Fax configuration
manager, select Fax (local), Right click and open Properties.
In the Properties
select security and add if the client user doesn't have permission.
