After Uninstalling ISA on a small business server 2000, and disabling the second network card and restarting the computer, i got a mesage in the event viwer saying unable to establish connection with the global catalog. Also when i open active directory users and computers it gives me an error message that the domain controller is not available

can anyone hel
 
The Knowlegde Consistency checker should be run using the repadmin tool:
Repadmin /kcc server.domain.com

This should reroute the replication links lost after the second NIC was
disabled and this assumes that a route exists outside first NIC to domain's
DNS and that appropriate actions have been taken to remove pointers to
second NIC where required.
