WIN 2000 - Xp Help

Im running win2000 Pro and I have two eithernet cards one
connected to dsl one to hub. I have internet connection
sharing on the network card with the dsl. My bros comupter
is win Xp and he can see my comp and i can see is but he
cant access internet at all. I have tryed everything from
reinstalling network cards on both and nothing happins,
Any suggestions???
