Win 2000 question

I know. This isn't a Win2K newsgroup, but I suspect some of you MVPs will
have the answer to this simple question: Does Win2K include Outlook
Express, or any other news reader software?

Yes, it includes Internet Explorer, and Internet Explorer includes Outlook
Express.
