win 2000 lose its share in the lan

I have a small business who use a windows 2000 pro as a
files server and every time they try to open a few files
the windows 2000 lose its connection to the shares
folders. The stations are in windows 98 and windows xp
and when the problem occur they cant acces the server.
From the serer I can acces the station but cant access
myself. The station can acces themself.

Specification of the windows 2000 its a pIII with 786M of
ram and a 60g of hard drive (with 35g free)

When the error occur I alway have errors in the event
viewer like the server can't allocate non page memory
because the limit has bean reach. and just before that
error I have a warning that the server was unable to find
a free connection 180 times in the last 60 seconds.

These are the error and warning that I always get. (sorry
for the french but I have a french win2000)

You need to upgrade to the server version. Windows 2000 Pro is limited to 10
connections at time.
