Win 2000 asking for password

I just did a reinstall of Win 2k. Now when system resumes from hibernation or wakes from sleep, it ask for password. No password is set so "enter" starts system. Any ideas on how to stop the password dialog box from displaying would be apprecieted. this does not occur when sytem starts from fresh boot. Thanks
