will the antispyware beta detect trojan?

Dudes,

Just an FYI. It detected a Trojan on my system.......

I am running Windows XP, Home, with SP2, and installed WD beta2 last week.
The first quick scan I did turned up a high priority Trojan. The previous
anti-spyware (beta1) program did not detect this.
