Does the AnitSpyware beta 1 also detect en eliminate
virussus ?? Do I also need an anti virus program ??
Someone told me so, but I can't find anything about it on

No. There are some grey areas where Microsoft Antispyware might detect
something also detected by your Antivirus, but they work differently and in
general, don't cover the same threats.
You need working, current, antivirus protection. Your computer security
still depends on all three items listed here:
