Will only print one page at a time.

Could it be the printer settings? We are running MS Office Professional
Edition 2003 and printing to an HP LaserJet 2300dtn. We have a document that
we want to print 131 copies of. We set up the window with 131 copies of 1
page each. The request will only print one page, one copy. In order to get
all 131 copies, we have to hit the Print button 131 times! And that's just
wrong!! Isn't it? Thanks.

Hi, JoAnn. Yes, we attempted a fewer number. My boss tried it on his
printer and was able to run three copies, no problem. When he tried the same
settings to my printer only one copy was printed. We might be able to use
his printer but we are uncertain if the information contained in the file
will print in the correct position as the set-up was done for my printer. I
suspect it is HP rather than MS, but I don't know which button to push to
attempt a fix.

Try searching HP's site for any known issues with that model.
