Will not save a movie file

I hav tried many many times,I have read the
troublrshooting documents at least 6 times and I still
can not save a movie file. It says that there is not
enough space,or files were moved or that the destination
is not available. All have been verified and all are good
to go. Whats up? Any one out there that can help
