'Unable to initiliaze business contact manager' even though there is data
available from previous input. WHY?

Can you check if you have Business Tools else enable the same by going to
help > about Microsoft Outlook > Disabled items.Also can you clear the form
cache ?by going to tools > options > other > custom forms > highlight each
forms and clear the cache.Do you have Quick Books installed ?
