will not open file in drive d

trying to open dvd in drive d. disc not being recognized and says it may not
be formatted. how can i open the disc?
 
Open the DVD use a drive that has the same formating process as that which
you used to write to the disk

Better still (if you can) don't use a DVD - use a stick

You need to ask more questions in another forum - this forum is for access
