Will any AIO printer print to CD's

Bill

I've got an Epson printer that will print direct to CD's, which I used
to use a lot, but which needs a large space to work in as it has to have
the CD fed in from the back. As I only have a small office, it has
become impossible to use.
I was looking today at an HP C5180 and thinking that if it would print
onto CD's, it would be just the thing. But it seems to say Tattoo
printing of CD's and neither I nor the store knew what that meant.

Can this, or any other small AIO printers print direct to printable
CD's? I liked the look of the C5180 with its networking. I've been very
happy with my old HP AIO device so I quite favour HP.

Any comments gratefully received.

The C5280 prints directly on CD's, see

For this printer I would recommend the XL series cartridges, they have
3x the ink supplied in the standard cartridges at twice the cost.
Thanks for this. I'll look out for one of these. The only thing it seems
to lack compared with the C5180 is the ethernet network
printing/scanning. Seems a shame, as I'll have to continue using an old
machine as a print server, and I'm not sure the old relic that manages
the laser printer will cope with something like this.

An Epson R320, R300, or 200 will print directly onto CD's on a tray
from the front.

I have the R300 and it is older but does a right fine job. If you
don't use it often though it will dry up and you will be up S H I T
creek.

The 320 has a little screen is the only difference I can see from the
300. If you can find one, grab it. It'll do the job.

Roscoe.

From the front.

I know of no AIO's that do the CD print job. If you discover one, let
me know here.
