WiFi card for Airport Extreme n/w

Can anyone recommend a reliable 802.11g card for a PC on
an Airport Extreme network? I'm using a Belkin 54G
Wireless Desktop card, which works but gives very poor
range (compared with an iBook and an iMac, both with AE
card) and doesn't offer WPA. The range is so poor I've had
to move the AEBS into the same room, which is not what I
need.
Since installing the Belkin card I'm also getting problems
with shutting down the PC (always re-boots) and though
Belkin denies this I wonder if the card is to blame.

I have had many poor experiences with Belking cards. I would recommend
either a Microsoft or Linksys card.
