wich one?

I run windows xp
I usually scan 50% 3D objects, 40% positives, 10% negatives
for my firm (semi pro use)
I've reduced my choice on this 4 scanners:

lacie bluescan 48
scanmaker 8700
epson 1680 pro
epson perfection 4870

The last one seems to be the best one, but I don't beleive
because it costs half of the others.

Can you help me to make the right choice?
Thank you very much in advance!

What size film formats do you use? If it is only 35mm, you would probably
be better off buying a dedicated 35mm film scanner plus a decent flatbed
that uses CCD technology (supposedly better 3D scanning than CMOS
technology).

I usually scan 35mm, but sometimes they give me bigger
formats to scan.
I'm concerned about buying 2 devices, because we are
changing our epson GT 9500 to something better and they
don't give the choice to have another dedicated unit.
Also considering that negatives are just the smaller
part of the work.

Thank you!
