Why won't my calendar will not print on 11 X17 or 13 X 19 paper?

I have changed my settings in Page Set up and double checked and rechecked
everything but the calendar will not print on 11 X 17 or 13 X 19 paper. It
prints on the paper in 81/2 X 11

Is the printer you are printing on the Default printer? If not, make it
the default and THEN open Outlook.
