why the Icon is missed in 98 (vc)?

Hi

I think that many people read Amit Dey's article "Building an Office2K COM
addin with VC++/ATL "
(http://www.codeproject.com/com/outlookaddin.asp?target=outlook),the sample
is very good,I download his code,I find it running correctly in WindowsXp,
but in Windows98 ,the first Icon
can't display correctly. Why ?

Have you tried contacting the author and asking him about your
