Hello,
Some services like Network Connections, Network location awareness,
Terminal services etc are set to start up manully. But when pc
restarted, those services are actually started.

So my question is who (or which service or applicatino) is starting
these services? I checked the default policy, there is no scripts for
pc startup.

Many Thanks

Jerry

Hi Jerry and Dave; Am having same problem as Jerry re: services startup on
reboot after being stopped and set to manual. the link you gave was bad Dave.
Trying to troubleshoot a notebook that hangs. Trying also to find a recent
tweak guide for Win2000 OS services. Thanks for any guidance.

You'll probably want to take a look at the service dependencies.
