Why perfect border(box) on page only partial in print preview?

Border (toolbar: Format - Borders & shading - and then select 'Box') around
text looks perfect in screen view - yet only three sides (and not the bottom
side) appear in print preview. Is this an undiscovered anomaly of Microsoft?
Suggested fix didn't have any effect.

Thanks for response but this was tried before and was/is not the solution
unfortunately - though I tried it again anyway just to be quadruply sure.
I use modern HP equipment, and my word document bottom margin is set to 16mm
anyway. It should be fine. Test setting of bottom margin to a massive 60mm
makes no difference whatsoever - the bottom line is still missing in print
preview (but oddly, the bottom ends of the vertical lines are seen to vanish
at exactly the same point as with 16mm margin setting - the huge test margin
setting makes no visible difference to what I see in print preview). Toughie
eh? I need to contact a really huge wobbling brain on this one I think.
Thanks

Changing the bottom margin will have no effect on a page border if you don't
change the setting from "From edge of page" to "From text," but if this is a
paragraph border rather than a page border, then it's a different issue.
