why no bold on my word 2007 printout but on print preview

Hi please help my assignments look like crap.

I use word 2007

problem 1. When in print preview i see what i have in bold, when i print out
no bold font it is all in normal....why?
problem 2. I need to use Australian dictionary, everytime i change it the
thing always reverts back to US not Australian, Why?

I am asking somewhat the same question. I am setting up 2007 on an old
system, and upgrading to Vista. Have you done the same? I will try
reinstalling my printer on the new machines instead of on the old machine and
the network. When I try to print bold I primarily get machine language, a
bunch of little boxes.
