Why my MS word only show device font, but no other fonts else?

Why my MS word only show device font, but no other fonts else, and fonts of
Excel are normal?

In Windows, click on Start | Control Panel | Printers. What printer is
selected as the default printer? If it's None or Generic/TextOnly, then
change the default printer to one that is capable of printing fonts, and
you will see more choices in Word.
