Why my JPEG in my signature is missing when I forward or reply

I have several jpegs in my signature.

When I send a email, all the jpeg appear. But when I forward or reply
to a email, one of the jpeg is alway missing. The outline is there but
a small cross (x) shows up. This jpeg is the larges of all the jpegs.
How do I solve this problem ? Thanks.

make sure your signature is in the same location as the signature page

this problem was experienced at my work place, and thats the solution i found

C:\Documents and Settings\<name>\Application Data\Microsoft\Stationery

should probably be located around that section
