Why isn't there a download available for the Catalyst Media Center?

Is there some reason ATI isn't allowing us to use more recent cards like my
AIW X800XT with the Catalyst Media Center?

You know what, count yourself lucky! This software is GARBAGE! It
totally demolished my system, then after I rebuilt...thinking, well
maybe it could be my software config...NOT. It still crashed my system
out! I wasted countless house on this garbage buggy piece of garbage
software!
