Why isn't the Insert Database section not highlighted on Frontpag.

I created a two column table in Access as a database for simplicity. I have
a server that meets all the requirements for a frontpage/access database with
a server DNS. But when in Frontpage, I click on "Insert" and the Database
section is not highlighted... I'm experienced at everything but Frontpage, so
please help.

Do you have a web open (not just a page), and have you imported your
database into your web and created a database connection?
