why is view distorted in access 2000 using access 2003 db?

an access 2003 DB looks terrible when using access 2000 to do data entry. is
there a fix or tool or way to save 2003 as 2000? (access)
 
Check in
Tools>Database>Utilities>Convert DataBase..

maybe that can help you.
