Why is the time stamp on E-mail wrong after updates?

Hi. I've updated...or so I thought, the time zone change for Outlook 2003.
Under time zones in the calandar, the time is correct. On my sent messages,
my time is correct. On the same test messages that I sent to my self, the
received time is still an hour behind. What can I do to correct this
please??

i have had the same problem, it has taken me 2 weeks and 96 min on the phone
with customer support for ME to figure it out. now bare with me in
outlook/tools/options/calendar options/ timezones. check what time zone you
have it set. if there is another one with the same gmt select that one (i.e.
mine is central time -0600 there is 2 of these) make sure the one you select
allows you to check the box below it adjust for Daylight savings time. now go
to control panles to date and time properties. under the timezone tab make
sure that you timezone you have selected allow you to check automatically
adjust clock for daylight saving changes. under the date and time tab
manually adjust the clock back one hour if need be (i had to) go back to
outlook and send yourself a test message as thuis should have fixed the
problem if you need more help with this feel free to give me a

Hmm...That's the odd thing..the time zone and time was correct on them...but
I'll double check...and now that the time zone caught up in the real
world..you know, when it was really supposed to change, I'm not sure there is
the same issue. I'll check and let you know though! THANKS!

This is still an issue here as well. The time received is an hour ahead of
the posted time within the email. If I remove the Adjust than my times jive,
but are both an hour ahead. This sounds like an outlook problem.
