Why is the Tab Control color not Detail section color?

The Tab Controls and Buttons in my Access database are white instead of the
color of the Detail section (-2147483633). How can I correct this
 
You cannot; tabs can't be coloured. They ae shown in the system colours.
You can, however, put an image on the tab.
 
That's all well and good, but the fact remains that my Tab Controls are white
and the Detail Section fawnish when they should both be the same colour. If
this is due to the system colours how do I change these, please?
