Why is Outlook switching account names?

I recently upgraded my operating system from 98 to XP, while still using
Outlook 2000. I use 2 account names and after the upgrade Outlook used the
correct account names when sending outbound email, but recently Outlook has
begun using my default name on all my outgoing email. How can I prevent this
from happening?

Perhaps you could set the default account to the one you wish to send with.

Tools, Email Accounts, View or Change Existing Accounts, Set Default....

See help, about - what version and mode of outlook are you using?

What sort of accounts do you have? If you're using Outlook 2000 and have an
Exchange account, it will generally always send all mail - the fact that it
wasn't happening earlier just meant you were lucky.
