Why is my mail delivered an hour after it's sent?

I've noticed that my email is received in my inbox exactly one hour after it
is sent, even when the people sending are in the same time zone. Is there a
separate clock in Outlook that I need to set or something?

Delivery of mail is up to the server, not Outlook. Do the emails all come
through the same mail server? Have you contacted the server administrator
to see if they are having issues?
