The Send Receive time displayed in my Inbox/ Sent folder is an hour behind my
actual clock in the computer. Meaning, though my clock displays right time,
when i receive an email or send an email, the time displayed is an hour
behind.

How do I correct this?

Likely candidates:
Incorrect timezone setting.
Incorrect Daylight Savings setting.
