why is my e-mail being deleted in outlook? Smart tag??

A lot of messages being sent and incoming now have this text instead of the
actual e-mail text...

<o:SmartTagType namespaceuri="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags"
name="_DELETED_FILE__________________________________________

My ISP says it isn't their problem.

Any help?
 
I would also like to know the answer to this question. I have the same issue
happening at 2 of my clients. One is in an Exchange 2000 network the other is
in an Exchange 2003.
