Why is Bible Bob not showing up in Outlook Express?

Is there someway that BB is on filter, and yet I do not know about it?

Bob does show on my other Usenet clients, and to my recollection there are
no ways to filter the hate filled posters with Outlook. Although I am knew
to Outlook, and Gastrich seemed to have figured out a way to filter people
with this software.

Outlook Express experts please reply. Is there some filter I am not aware
of?
I am using Windows XP and using version 6 of Outlook Express.

If you spend about 15 seconds looking at your menu options, you'll find
ways that you can add and remove people from your "Blocked Senders
List," and/or establish "Message Rules" to otherwise control how certain
messages are handled.

Go to tools, Message rules, news to see what filters are set.

Didn't you kill file me at one time. When you install Express; does
it import data from other news agents? I use Thunderbird which is
better than Express; so I am not up to speed on Express like others
may be.

If you find out that Microsoft is somehow getting me kill filed, let
me know. I'll share the money with you.
