Why I keep getting the "Enter Network Password"

I keep getting the Enter Network password, while my emails take forever to go
out or in....I forgot my password and there is no way to get it back.

Please help!

No Outlook version, no account type, no Windows version, no description of
when this symptom happens. You expect mind reading, not help.

I am sorry. This might help you: Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, I keep
getting the Enter Network password when I open outllook, emails take forever
to go out so as getting in. I forgot the password and do not know where to
find it.

You can contact the ISP that hosts your mailbox to reset your password if
you can't remember it.
