Why dose a window keep poping up Enter Network Password

Evey time I check my mail a window pops up and I have to type a Network
Password and I check the box to save it and then it keep popping up WHY?

1. You are using Outlook connected to Exchange Server but your computer
is in workgroup mode, and not domain mode?

2. You are using Outlook to POP email from a server, and your username
or password is not correct.

Not taking anymore guesses 'til yer get back with more info.
