Why don`t videos play clear on all websites

Videos played normally on a cheaper computer, but I bought a more
expensive one and now (on Yahoo,for instance) the videos on that site
play like a TV set with the color and contrast turned up to their
maximum. The videos on that website looked that way yesterday, and I
thought "maybe their just having trouble and it would be repaired by
today". But the videos still aren`t clear. The computers system is-
Processor speed-3.0 GHz
Memory-1 GB
Hard Drive-160 GB
Hook up-cable

check your computer settings...right click on a blank area of the desktop
and check
properties--settings tab..you can change the color intensity..
