why doesnt my forms wizard work?

i am trying to work on an assignment for school but for some reason my forms
wizard doesnt do anything. Does anyone know why?..plz help im getting so
frustrated and some of my assignments are late because of it...

Try reinstalling the wizard...

In your form design, look at the toolbox icon bar. There is an icon
for control wizards that looks like a magic wand. Make sure that icon
is selected or turned on to ensure your wizards will work.
